Always First AI is a job search automation platform that monitors job boards, identifies hiring managers, and sends personalized outreach emails on your behalf. The Service operates by:
The Service is offered through monthly subscription plans: Starter ($39/month), Pro ($79/month), and Premium ($149/month). Each tier includes different daily email limits and feature access. All payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
To use the Service, you must connect a Gmail or Microsoft Outlook email account via OAuth. We access your connected account solely to send outreach emails and follow-ups on your behalf. We do not read, store, or process your incoming emails or existing mailbox content. You may disconnect your email account at any time through Settings.

You may upload your resume to improve AI-generated email personalization. Your resume content is stored securely and used only to craft outreach on your behalf. You may delete your resume at any time through Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will result in job interviews, offers, or employment. We do not guarantee the accuracy of hiring manager identification or contact information. Email deliverability depends on factors outside our control, including your email provider and recipient mail server policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Always First AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
